To do this, you will analyse both the external and internal business environment using established business analysis frameworks : • PESTEL Analysis - t o examine the key political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors influencing the organisation’s external macro - environment. • Porter’s Five Forces Model - to assess the competitiveness and structural characteristics of the industry in which the company operates. • SWOT Analysis - to identify the company’s internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Your analysis should be presented in a clear and logical structure and demonstrate that you understand how and why each analytical model is applied. You should: • Apply each framework accurately and appropriately to the chosen company. • Use relevant real - world examples and supporting evidence where appropriate. • Include suitable academic or credible business sources, referenced using Harvard referencing style. This assessment provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to apply core business analysis tools to a real - world organisation and to communicate your findings in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
